Refund policy

At AlgoX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription to use our automated cryptocurrency trading bots. However, because access to AlgoX provides an automated service rather than a physical product, purchases are non-refundable after you have received access.

All subscription fees paid are for services rendered for the period purchased (monthly or annually), and cannot be returned or refunded after the period starts and you have received access to use the AlgoX service.

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns due to the nature of our subscription service providing automated access as soon as payment is made for the selected plan. We want customers to be fully informed of this non-refundable subscription policy before making a purchase. Contact us ahead of time if you have any questions.

If you have made a purchase in error or change your mind before receiving access, please immediately contact help.algox@gmail.com or one of our team members in our discord server „AlgoX“ and we will cancel the transaction or subscription if it has not yet been activated. But once login access has been granted based on a successful payment, no refunds are available as you have received the service paid for.
