AlgoX Terms of Service

1.           Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the AlgoX automated cryptocurrency trading service and any associated products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions offered by Chain X studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (collectively the "Service" or „AlgoX“). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.           About AlgoX

AlgoX provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading service that makes trades automatically using proprietary algorithms and machine learning. Users pay a subscription fee to access the trading bots that make trades 24/7 on linked accounts to optimize returns. AlgoX is part of the „Chain X studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt)“.

3.           Accepting the Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By using the Service, you affirm that you can enter into a legally binding agreement with AlgoX. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not purchase or use the Service.

4.           Account Registration

In order to use the AlgoX service, you must register for accounts on Whop, Discord, and either Bybit or Zignaly and link those accounts. You agree to the individual terms of service of those platforms. AlgoX collects no user data beyond the API access needed to make automated trades.

5.           Billing and Payments

Access to AlgoX is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually in advance based on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable. You authorize AlgoX to charge your payment method now and on an ongoing basis until canceled. Cancel anytime; credits will not be prorated.

6.           Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your AlgoX subscription anytime. AlgoX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms, for any fraudulent/criminal activity, or to protect our interests and property.

7.           Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AlgoX provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any guarantees of profitability or trading results. AlgoX shall not be liable for any damages related to the use of our service or inability to use our service. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, taxes, and all investment outcomes.

8.           Intellectual Property

AlgoX retains all rights and ownership over the Service, associated content, products, and intellectual property. You do not gain any rights beyond the license to access and use the Service under these Terms.

9.           Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be handled directly by AlgoX.

10.         Changes to the Terms

AlgoX may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes that impact your rights. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
